Hi, I’m Jenna

Jenna Bradley, M.S. Ed, Somatic Reflex Integration Specialist | Trauma-Responsive Practitioner | Educator RYT 200 | Reiki Master Practitioner

Jenna Bradley is the founder of *Am I Connected*, a private practice based in North Yarmouth and Portland, Maine, where she specializes in Somatic Reflex Repair for individuals seeking lifelong developmental support. With a focus on neurodiverse populations, Jenna brings deep expertise in sensory processing, auditory sensitivities, social-emotional intelligence, cognitive development, and the subtle body connection.

Jenna holds a Master of Science in Education from the University of Miami (1994), along with a bachelor’s degree in Developmental Psychology and Education. Her early career included seven years of teaching ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) in Miami, Florida, where she developed a keen interest in language acquisition. This passion continued through her work at The Reach School (2005–2009), providing Developmental Therapy to preschoolers with Autism Spectrum Disorder and various developmental delays.

Between 2009 and 2011, Jenna co-facilitated F.I.T. (Flexible Interactive Thinking) Groups in collaboration with Lucia Reardon, SLP-CCC, offering Social Pragmatic Therapy to children and teens with social anxiety, nonverbal learning disorders (NLD), ASD, and generalized anxiety.

In 2016, Jenna became a certified MNRI® Core Specialist through the Svetlana Masgutova Educational Institute, and she continues to expand her knowledge through advanced trainings in reflex integration—including tactile, postural, auditory, and visual systems—as well as workshops focused on PTSD, trauma repair, and Polyvagal Theory, based on the work of Dr. Stephen Porges.

Blending somatic awareness with holistic approaches, Jenna is also a certified Reiki Master Practitioner and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200). Her practice integrates manual therapy, movement, and energetic healing to support both children and adults in reconnecting with the innate wisdom of their bodies.

Since 2022, Jenna has been immersed in a three-year training with Alchemical Alignment, deepening her understanding of trauma-responsiveness and embodied spirit. For Jenna, weaving the language of trauma repair with reflex integration has become her “love language.”

Her work is informed not only by professional training but also by her lived experience as a parent. Jenna’s 24-year-old neurodiverse son, Liam, has been her greatest teacher. Over two decades, she has explored and applied a range of methodologies including Developmental Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Social Thinking (Superflex Curriculum), Relationship Development Intervention (RDI), Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS), Mindfulness for Stress Reduction, and MNRI—all of which shape the compassionate, comprehensive approach she brings to every client.

Jenna’s mission is to deliver individualized, effective interventions that honor the complex interplay between cognitive, emotional, and physical development—and to help clients of all ages rediscover connection, safety, and embodied resilience.
